Company Formation in Germany
The total cost of forming a company in Germany includes our service fee, notary fees, the Commercial Register fee and, where required, interpreter services.
Registered Business Address
The service includes a business address in Berlin suitable for company registration. The initial term is six months and can then be extended on a monthly basis.
Trademark Registration in Germany
The cost depends on the number of classes of goods and services included in the application. The fees below apply to a German trademark application for up to three classes.
